The structure is supported by an aluminum frame, which allows for completely open interior space. This makes frame tents ideal for events that require dance floors, stages, buffet tables, or flexible seating layouts.

Frame tents are required if your event location includes concrete, asphalt, patios, driveways, or other hard surfaces, since they can be installed using weights instead of stakes.

Canopy Tent Rentals

Canopy tents, also called pole tents, are a classic tent style commonly used for outdoor events. These tents use center poles and perimeter stakes to create the traditional high-peaked tent look. Because canopy tents rely on staking for support, they can only be installed on grass surfaces where stakes can be driven securely into the ground.

Tent Rental & Delivery Information

All tents and equipment provided by Rose Party Rentals are rental items and are not brand-new products. Normal wear and tear should be expected; however, we take pride in maintaining clean, reliable equipment for every event. For your convenience, tents are typically delivered 1–2 days before your event and picked up the day after, giving you plenty of time to prepare and enjoy your celebration.

Important: We are unable to reschedule tent deliveries due to landscaping work. During peak rental season, deliveries may begin as early as Wednesday. Please schedule any landscaping, lawn treatments, or yard improvements for the Monday or Tuesday of your event week to ensure your tent can be installed as scheduled.
