We've made it easy with online equipment reservations that are available 24/7 or you may call our office during business hours. For large, multi-item events we recommend speaking with our friendly staff. A credit card is required to make online reservations.
As soon as possible. Our availability changes daily and we cannot hold items without a reservation. We want to deliver the fun to everyone. However, the reality is we can only do so many deliveries each day-depending on locations, trucks and staffing. Planning ahead will guarantee your event.
All reservations must be secured with a non-refundable deposit. The minimum deposit amount is 50% of the booking. For online orders we only accept payments using these credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All balances must be paid the week prior to delivery--unless agreed to in writing. For deposits paid by charge card, the balances due will be charged to the same card the week before the event. All monies received are non-refundable. Once an order is placed you are agreeing that you will not file a charge back.
Cancellation Policy for Equipment Rentals
Cancellations made more than 3 days (73hrs+) prior to the event (Delivery Date), we will retain that minimum payment as store credit and any remaining balance will be refunded within 3-10 business days. If you cancel less than 3 days (72hrs) prior to the event (Delivery Date), we will retain that minimum payment and any remaining balance will be transferred to store credit. *Because of high demand during certain seasons there are certain rental items that are non-refundable once ordered. Example: patio heaters, fans, etc. Please note that we do require a minimum payment up front upon checkout that is non-refundable 50% of your total order. There are no Refunds on linens as they are from an outside vendor No Refunds are offered on special priced packages. If linens are not returned with your rental or damaged you will be charged a replacemnt cost between $50 and $125 PER MISSING LINEN. If your linens are not returned or picked up with your rental you are responsible on getting the linens back to our office located at 15 N Brandon Drive Glendale Heights IL 60139, you will also be charged per day for the linen, after 7 days we will assume they are LOST and charge your payment on file the full replacement cost.
Weather-Related Equipment Cancellations
Living in Chicago, we understand the possible need to reschedule events. The monies paid will be held as a rain check for two years, unless our crew has already loaded your order or picked your order for customer pick up. Once our crew leaves the warehouse, full payment is required and no rain check will be offered. If the rented equipment is substituted for something that costs less, the remaining balance paid will given in the form of a rain check. No refunds are given for cancellations.
Unless the weather is so bad as to risk our equipment, we leave the decision to cancel up to you on days in which there is a high chance of rain. Our main concerns are wind and rain. When winds blow higher than approximately 15 MPH, inflatables may become less safe. All tents and bounce houses are better postponed if they cannot be set up safely. Our crews also will make the final call if set up is danerous or not able to be made before customers do not have the space cleared or they feel it is to much of a risk. We will then offer you a rain check for your rental.

Our rental period is 24 hours. We will always deliver 1 to 2 days before your event. Sometimes, we do have to deliver earlier in the week depending on work load and staffing. We do ask our customers to be sure your landscaping is done on Monday or Tuesday before your event. We cannot reschedule deliveries due to yardwork or landscaping. Once your route is completed we cannot make changes to the deliver windows. We will always try to accmmodate your requests although we canot promise we can accommodate everyone.
You may expect a call or text or email from us giving you a more specific delivery times a day or two before we plan on delivering your equipment. We generally start deliveries at 7am and have all rentals delivered by the end of the day may extend until 9 pm or even later on occasion. The pickup window begins the day after your event may extend until 9 pm or even later on occasion. If we deliver your items early you receive free play time as you will only be charged for your rental time. If you select the Same Day Delivery we will work with you in delivering your equipment within a 1-2 hour window before your start time, and we will arrange the pick up. This is common for events at parks. Please have an adult onsite at the arranged time as our crew usually has other customers waiting for their equipment as well.
Yes and a great question. The lessee or customer shall be in charge of monitoring each unit, unless specified otherwise. Rose Party Rentals is not responsible for any injuries occurring to those using the rental equipment. As always, use at your own risk. As of 01/20/2020 we no longer offer COI's to our customers who wish to rent inflatables or dunk tanks. You may still use your private insurance to see if they will offer COI's or special event insurance for your one day rental.
There is no minimum erntal required for Customer Pick-ups or Pick up and Delivery.
Priority Delivery / Pick-up:
Same Day Deliver starts at $325 and will go up from there depending on a few factors. We also Charge $300 Park fee if you are having your event in a park it must also include the same day delivery fee and can only be picked up withon our working hours. M-F 8am to 6pm Sat and Sun between 8am and 2pm anything over these hours are billed out per hour at $200 per truck.
Damage Waiver and Cleaning fees are manditory and non-refundable are each 10% of your rental: Will waive any damage that happens to our equipment during your rental excluding intentional damage or theft. The exclusion includes Silly String, permanent marker to name a few.

[ ] Electricity. Each inflatable ride requires at least one standard 110v outlet within 70 feet of each inflation blower. Though it may be possible to run two blowers off a 20 amp circuit, it is recommended to have only 1 blower per circuit. Even though there may be multiple outlets, they may be on the same circuit thereby sharing that circuit's limited power availability. Play it safe, because if you pop a circuit breaker at a park, there may be no park staff available to reset it during your event. See Power Needed below for more details like requirements for generators if needed.

We offer the convenience of customer pickup for many of our items They are booked online or over the phone and only available for pickup/return during office hours. Some of them are large and will require a van or truck to transport them. You must call the office to double check pick up and drop off times.
Site Access: There must be a clear access route from our vehicle to your site (3' min width for bounce houses, 4' for larger units). Stairs, steep banks or obstructed pathway can cause delays or possibly prevent equipment setup we may charge additional for these types of set ups that are not disclosed at the time your order is placed.
Site Conditions: The space requirements, including height, are listed online for each item. The site needs to be flat. Pet droppings, debris and any objects that may interfere with the use of, or cause damage to, the rental equipment must be removed. Please rake recently mown grass. Our crew will not clean or prepare the site.
Ground Surface: Grass is best, but hard surfaces like concrete may work too. Dirt or rocky soils are not acceptable and will be assessed a minimum $100 cleaning fee if used. The ground surface choice may not be changed once our crew is dispatched as specific materials are required for each ground surface type and may prevent setup of the equipment. Stakes will be used in grass unless otherwise specified. For your safety, once the unit or tent is setup it may not be moved.
Onsite Adult: There must be an adult available onsite to sign for the rental equipment and to direct where the unit will be setup. Our crews usually have a tight schedule and may not be available to wait for an adult to show up.

Inflatable rides require a standard 20Amp 110v outlet within 25 feet of each inflation blower. Check each unit's page for how many inflation blowers it requires. The blowers must run continuously and work best when being the only item plugged into an electric circuit (there may be multiple outlets running on each circuit). If adequate power is not available one of our generators may be available to rent. For customers supplying their own generators, they must be at least 3500 running watts per outlet needed. Call for details. (Concessions and games may use an extension cord up to 100' long.)
The rental cost does NOT include an operator . Customers are to provide adult supervision
Yes. We use the safest designs made by reputable manufacturers. Each inflatable is cleaned and disinfected between rentals. They are inspected onsite to ensure they are safe and ready.
In general, most of the standard sized Bounce Houses and Combos can have (6-8) five-year olds. Add a couple more for the larger bounce houses. For older kids, decrease the number of riders. Much of it depends on how excitedly the kids are jumping and being observant of how they are playing together. For safety, have similarly-sized riders jumping at the same time. The standard bounce houses and units with "Kid" in their title are not recommended for adults. However, the interactive, giant slides and larger obstacle courses are great fun for teens and adults.
