This serving buffet holds four full-size food pans or variously sized food pans with 6-inch maximum depths, enabling operators to create a wide range of configurations for versatility. For cold items, such as salad ingredients, yogurt toppings, and sandwiches, this cart is insulated with CFC-free foam to preserve cool temperatures for as long as 4 hours and doesn't require electricity or ice. Sneeze guards built into both sides of the unit protect product from contaminants; because the guards are transparent, customers and operators have a clear view of items.
For smooth maneuvering fitted with heavy-duty, 6-inch by 2-inch casters that swivel and brake. Operators can grip the molded-in handles on either side of the station to steer the unit. To withstand impact during transport, it's built with a durable, dent-resistant polyethylene; Its smooth surface is easy to wipe clean. When the sneeze guards are folded down, this buffet can fit through a standard 36-inch doorway.
