🔹 Canopy Pole Tent Information

⚠️ Installation Requirements

• Canopy tents can ONLY be installed on grass surfaces

• These tents must be staked into the ground for proper support and safety

• Not suitable for concrete, asphalt, or any hard surface

IMPORTANT:
Please notify us in advance if there are:

• Underground electrical lines

• Sprinkler systems

• Septic systems or any underground obstructions

Tents are secured using 2½ ft stakes driven approximately 1–1½ ft into the ground.

📍 Setup Instructions

• Please mark the exact tent location prior to delivery
  (Use stakes, spray paint, furniture, or similar markers)

• This helps ensure a smooth and efficient installation

• If our installers determine the area is unsafe, they will contact the office before proceeding

📏 Space Requirements

• 16' × 16' Tent

  • Requires approximately 24' × 24' of clear setup space

A minimum of 4 feet of space is required on all sides of the tent for proper staking and anchoring.
